Nicole + Mike | Winter Engagement Session

I met with Nicole and Mike just before Christmas for their engagement session. They had recently purchased an adorable little hobby farm, perfect for Nicole’s horses! Their horse barn was the focal point for their pictures and clearly you can see why. It provided such a perfect backdrop for them! This barn has so much character! From the cute horse head at the barn peak, the doors opening to the hay loft, the perfect quote above the barn door, ” Faith in our own. Respect for others.” and the old wooden door leading into the barn aisle.

Nicole’s horses greeted me kindly, not minding me as I snapped pictures of Nicole and Mike. And even though the cute palomino wanted to photo bomb some of the pictures, it brought on quite a few laughs.

It was such a cold December day for their pictures but hearing their excited voices as they talked about plans for their wedding day made me feel all warm inside for these two! Nicole and Mike were such troopers as we braved the cold and snow! August 4th is their wedding day and I am truly excited to join in their celebration!!
