Thankfully my life is blessed with an amazing husband by my side who keeps me grounded. He taught me to fly fish a few summers ago. I'm addicted. We have dreams to buy a motorhome one day and travel out west to cast our lines on mountain streams, hike with our dogs and breathe in fresh mountain air. Of course I will take my Nikon camera along on our travels.
My love for photography began in 2008 simply by photographing my children, our pets and beautiful landscapes. Turning this passion into a business became real in 2010 when Amy Elisabeth Photography evolved. Photographing my first wedding in 2011 along with a dozen high school seniors and a handful of families, nine years later here I am as a full time business owner. I feel grateful and blessed in my life right now realizing every day I am right where I need to be! I graciously welcome each season with new brides and grooms, documenting the biggest day of their life. And each year I get to photograph future high school graduates as they begin one of their biggest milestones in life; high school senior year.
Amy was great from the moment we booked her. On the day of the wedding she was prepared, quick with the family portraits, and worked well with our DJ and caterer to ensure that everything ran smoothly according to our timeline previously discussed. We recently received our photos and they are all amazing, when we got to the end of the photo gallery I didn't want it to stop because we wanted to keep looking because Amy did an amazing job capturing our day/night.
